Kate Ladd Chlebowski founded Vernacular in Nashville, TN, to integrate all aspects of interior design within a comprehensive, full-service design firm. With extensive experience in new construction, remodeling, and decoration, Kate possesses a sharp, technical eye for detail and excels in effective communication with contractors and tradespeople. Her approach to design is both honest and practical, creating unique and personalized spaces. At Vernacular, the client-designer relationship is paramount, ensuring that both the aesthetic and economic goals of the client are prioritized throughout the design process.

Kate obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from O'More College of Design and is NCIDQ certified.
